Iron with three dots is for linen and cotton, hot temperature.
Iron with a cross means that garments are not safe for ironing.
Iron with a cross on it with two or three stripe underneath it, it means that you must dry iron and not Steam iron.
Tumble Drying:
This symbol means that you can tumble dry garments.
One dot indicates tumble drying at a low heat setting.
Two dots indicates tumble drying at a medium heat setting.
Three dots indicates tumble drying a high heat setting is safe.
A cross over the symbol means your should not tumble dry the garment.
