Purchase Policy

To complete the purchase process, the Customer must be at least 18 years old, be legally authorized to enter into contractual obligations, have the requisite consent or authority to act for or on behalf of any persons included in a booking and must use the Website in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.

The Customer is responsible for his / her financial activities.

The Customer guarantees that the information entered by him/her on this link is accurate.

 

Refund Policy

If the service was refundable, a refund request can be only made by email to and a reply will be received from the same emails.

Refunds will take 2 weeks from the date of request.

Cancellation Policy

Before completing the payment process, the customer has to make sure he read all booking terms and conditions for changes and cancelations penalties provided by the salesperson and to agree on them accordingly.

Then if the service can be canceled, at first a cancelation request should be sent by email to the salesperson who confirmed the service.

Delivery Policy

We don’t offer an official delivery service as all travel documents can be sent by email.
