General Warranty Policy

What the warranty includes:

1- Repairing the product or device resulting from a certain defect in materials, defective components, or manufacturing defects.

2- Functional spare parts to repair the product.

3- Approved maintenance costs to perform the repair (maintenance fees are valued at 20 Dinars).

Excluded from the warranty:

1- Storage or cosmetic parts, including but not limited to handles and device mounting bases.

2- Attachments, accessories, or consumable parts, including but not limited to shelves, drawers, dishwasher spray arms, and vacuum cleaner bags.
