This is an amazing healthy recipe for breakfast, its easy, prepared at night and will be ready to go in the morning. enjoyable for your early morning breakfast, or an office snack.
All what you need for this recipe is:
Banana
Rolled Oats
Ground flax seeds
Almond milk (or milk of your choice)
In a mason jar mash 1/2 a banana in the bottom of the jar then add rolled oats, flax seeds and milk then combine ingredients with a spoon, then adjust consistency as desired by adding milk.
cover jar and refrigerate overnight.
When ready to eat, warm over stovetop for a minute , 30 seconds in the microwave or serve cold.
slice remaining banana over it with a drizzle of honey and nuts if you like.
